What Does Retirement Mean To You?
Posted @ 9:22 pm - Filed under Purposeful Planning, Retirement
Investing in real estate to ensure an abundantly magnificent retirement is the road so many folks take these days. Why? It works.
However, there’s something you should be doing, preferably, before you and I even meet for the first time.
Sit down with your husband or wife, and ask the question, “What does retirement mean to us?” OR “What do we want our retirement to look like?”
Both questions include a foundational assumption — you can, if you wish, design your retirement to look and feel any way you choose.
That’s powerful isn’t it? You bet it is. And it’s true — believe it.
You want a second home back in your home town? Can do.
How does a retirement look to you with a monthly income of more than $10,000? $15,000? Can do.
Always wanted to start a business when you retired? You can — with a Purposeful Plan.
I’ve made this post short for a reason. Notice there are no pictures. Let your mind provide them.
There’s nothing complex about retiring very well, and in most cases, earlier than you thought possible.
But nothing will happen without that first meeting between the two of you.
What does retirement mean to you? What would you like it to look like?
All Plans start with the first vision.
What’s your vision?
