					<description>It is, isn't it? Yet you know darn well your neighbor will be bragging about how much he's made in the last decade. The truth is, their investments were a bunch of properties anyone could've bought, IF they knew what they were doing.

That's the biggest change we're seeing now, David. It's been my contention the next decade or so will separate those who understand the foundational principles of real estate investing, from those who think all they need to do is show up with cash.</description>
