Knowing you are an interested and qualified buyer they might go out and do some of your detective work. At the very least you don't burn a bridge with the person who might be on the other side of the deal you do want. All those great comments and for free no less. Thanks for the effort.

Knowing you are an interested and qualified buyer they might go out and do some of your detective work. At the very least you don’t burn a bridge with the person who might be on the other side of the deal you do want.
