It's almost 10 o'clock and I'm just now finishing dinner -- Domino's. Turns out I DID know what I've been missing all these years. And Michael has been trained well, and by the Old School, as he never stopped closing. :) He did very well, and is obviously a hard working guy. I'm not sure how anyone would like him immediately. First, Chris is making me very nervous. :)

Remember my first comments when you got in my car when you came to Austin? "Throw that realtor hat out the window... we're in Austin now." We're no different with Jeff. Jeff, Lani, and myself sitting in our satellite (starbucks) offices shooting the stuff is equally good times. Jeff was first class himself, his talk even reached into Lani and I and we asked for an extra straw because the koolaid was just that damn good. Jeff does it on purpose.
